With over 20 years of international experience in the FM industry, Ashley brings a wealth of operations, advisory, sales and strategy experience, including across all FM aspects of Public Private Partnerships. Ashley has held various State Advisory roles in PPPs including lead advisor on the Royal Children’s Hospital PPP and the Melbourne Convention Centre as well as roles with the Melbourne Convention Centre and Royal Women’s Hospital. Ashley has also lead the Transition and Operations for a diverse portfolio of PPP projects including Schools, Prisons, Courts and Student Accommodation developments.

Steve has over 35 years of international experience in the FM industry, having held senior management roles for a diverse range of companies across facilities management, project management and soft services. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Steve is a commercially focused, forward thinking business leader that has delivered growth through building customer centric solutions through the delivery of service excellence. He is an International Executive who has worked in Europe, Asia, and Australia across the fields of Facilities and Asset Management, Property, Operations, Infrastructure and Project Management. A strong networker, relationship builder and communicator at C’ Suite and Board level. Steve leads a change management culture through building high performing teams. Steve is a Life Member of the Facility Management Association of Australia.
